Announcement of the Start of the Internal Corruption Risk Analysis (ICRA) at Alatau Technopark LLP

 

According to the Anti-Corruption Policy Concept of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2022–2026, the identification and minimization of corruption risks, as well as the causes and conditions that contribute to their occurrence, are defined as fundamental elements of the anti-corruption system.

In order to eliminate the causes and conditions of corruption in the public and private sectors, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 18, 2015, “On Combating Corruption” (hereinafter “the Law”) provides for an internal analysis of corruption risks, aimed at identifying and examining corruption-prone factors that may contribute to the commission of corruption offenses.

In accordance with the Standard Rules for Conducting Internal Corruption Risk Analysis (approved by Order No. 21 of the Chairperson of the Agency dated January 16, 2023), an internal corruption risk analysis (hereinafter “ICRA”) of the activities of Alatau Technopark LLP is being conducted from April 1, 2025, to April 30, 2025.
