Tleuzhan Tleshov

Acting General Director

Tleuzhan Temiralievich was born on August 26, 1981, in the village of Burnoye, Zhualy District, Zhambyl Region.
He graduated from T. Ryskulov Kazakh Economic University, majoring in Finance and Credit;
Kazakh National Agrarian University, majoring in Jurisprudence;
Research Institute of the Agro-Industrial Complex and Rural Development, Candidate of Economic Sciences;
Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA), MBA;
Kazakhstan University of Innovation and Telecommunication Systems, majoring in Electric Power Engineering.

He began his career in 2002 as a specialist at ATF Bank JSC, and from 2003 to 2010 served as Director of My Dom LLP.
In 2010, he worked as Press Secretary at the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan. From 2010 to 2014, he was a Senior Lecturer at the U.A. Zholdasbekov Academy of Economics and Law.
From 2012 to 2013, he held the position of Commercial Director at Nursat JSC, and from 2014 to 2016 — Administrative Director at Otan Pension Fund JSC.
In 2016, he served as Advisor to the Minister of Information and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and from 2016 to 2018 — Managing Director at Khabar Agency JSC.
From 2018 to 2025, he served as Chairman of the Management Board at National Infocommunication Holding “Zerde” JSC and Aktobe Social and Entrepreneurial Corporation JSC.
