Anti-Corruption Compliance

In accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Combating Corruption” and pursuant to the Methodological Recommendations on the Organization of the Anti-Corruption Compliance Institute in Quasi-Public Sector Entities, approved by the Anti-Corruption Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan, an Anti-Corruption Compliance Service has been established at Alatau Technopark LLP (hereinafter – the Partnership) since 2022.
In accordance with the approved Regulation on the Compliance Service, the Partnership has established communication channels through which citizens or clients may report any information regarding actual or potential violations of anti-corruption legislation within the Partnership, as well as submit suggestions to improve the effectiveness of anti-corruption measures.

If you have witnessed any corrupt practices by the employees of the Partnership, observed corruption-related violations, or encountered individuals offering to arrange loans for a reward or demanding payment for intermediary services, we ask you to report this to the Anti-Corruption Compliance Service of the Partnership via the following communication channels:

Compliance Officer, Alatau Technopark LLP
On August 5, 2025, an informational and educational event was held at the venue of the Municipal State Institution “Department of Entrepreneurship and Investments of Almaty City” (hereinafter — DEI), aimed at increasing the legal culture and anti-corruption awareness of civil servants.
The event was attended by:
- Member of the Ethics Council of Almaty City, representative of the Almaty City Veterans Council — Bakhtiyar Kamalovich Kamalov;
- Ethics Commissioner of the Almaty City Akimat — Mamay Kanievich Akhetov;
- Employees of the DEI, as well as representatives of subordinate organizations, including LLP “Technopark Alatau.”
During the meeting, the following key issues were discussed:
- compliance with the principles of professional ethics and discipline;
- anti-corruption initiatives and practices, including international experience;
- prevention and deterrence of corruption offenses;
- cooperation with the public and partner organizations based on principles of openness and transparency.
Participants emphasized the importance of ongoing efforts to foster an anti-corruption culture, strengthen public trust in government institutions, and expressed their readiness to apply the acquired knowledge in their professional activities.
The event concluded with a commemorative group photograph.
